What does it takes to be a great leader


1. A good leader has good character (ex: humility, discretion, diligence)
2. A good leader motivates his followers and help them achieve their goals
3. A good leader is a good listener and communicates well with others
4. A good leader sets good example for their followers (ex: punctuality, etiquette, working attitudes) 



















According to "Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute", Leadership is defined as the art of leading others to deliberately create a result that wouldn't have happened otherwise.” Besides that,a good leader is also able to humble himself  to seek help from others. 

Characteristics of good leadership


In my opinion, the characteristics of a good leader are:

1.Self-awareness:  the leader will have their inner emotional state of intimate knowledge, they must able to know their strengths ans weakness, so they will know themselves better. it also including their abilities and limitations for allows them push themselves to the maximum potential.
2.Communication: A leader should be communicate with the employees or worker. It is very importance for a leader to communicate with one to one or the hold member. The leader must know how to speak in-front of the public and influence employees/worker with the message. Besides that, it's good for a leader and employees communicate because sometimes the employees will able to know better in the work area.
3.Maturity: A good leader is mature, because most of them should able to adapt challenges and handler the problem .
4.Responsible: Leader should responsible to take care the business, so that the customer will be trust the business. Like the leader will give the project/product on time.
5. Goals: A leader should set goals for themselves and the employees, so that they can motivate and encourage to achieve the goals. 

Examples of leader traits:

Listening skills to hear the view of others
Enthusiastic about ad driven by their goals
Ambitious in their aim
Decisive in execution of strategy
Enterprising (entrepreneurial)
Recognition and approval from followers
Seeing the bigger picture
High standards of integrity
Influential and inspiring others to have the same vision
Prudence in decision-making
